Football Careers is led by Piero and Stewart, both football recruitment specialists experienced in delivering end-to-end executive search services.

Piero Carrino

Director

While completing an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Football Studies, Piero — a UEFA A Licence holder — began attaining his coaching badges and has worked at various elite football academies.

Since 2013, Piero has helped thousands of candidates advance their careers, while also providing clubs and organisations with bespoke recruitment solutions to connect them with first-class talent.

In 2021, Football Careers introduced a new suite of enhanced recruitment services for clubs worldwide. Piero specialises in on-pitch roles while Stewart leads on C-suite and senior management positions.

Stewart Macgregor

Director

Stewart is a highly experienced recruitment executive and headhunter. He has served senior recruitment markets since 2006, gaining an outstanding reputation thanks to his impressive track record in bringing effective recruitment solutions to football clubs.

At the helm of our recruitment division, Stewart delivers excellent results to clubs on a local, national, and international scale.

Additionally, Stewart has a wealth of football knowledge and experience as Managing Director of Ark Sport, which offers football intermediary and acquisition support services to clubs all over the world.
