Director of Football

The role

Reporting directly to the Chairman this role will define the future DNA of the club.

You will be a forward-thinking individual with exceptional analytical skills combined with a keen eye for detail. You will be required to write a five-year plan that maps out the club’s plans to attract, develop, and nurture the very best talent available.

With an excellent Academy already in place, first class facilities worthy of a Championship Club, the foundations are already in place to ensure success and mitigate failure.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of success albeit in another related sport or industry and be responsible for assembling a small but highly dedicated team from the ground up.
