About Us:

International Football Academy Mexico is dedicated to developing the next generation of football talent through world-class coaching and player education. Our programme provides comprehensive development for players, focusing on technical, tactical, and personal growth. We are seeking a passionate and qualified coach to join our team and contribute to our vision of excellence in football development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to youth players across various age groups (U8 to U17).
• Design and implement player-specific development plans to maximize individual and team potential.
• Provide ongoing feedback to players, focusing on improving their technical, tactical, and mental skills.
• Foster a positive, professional, and supportive training environment.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and academy staff to ensure alignment with the academy’s core philosophy and goals.
• Engage with parents to provide progress updates and promote the academy’s values.

Requirements:

• UEFA B Licence (or working towards it).
• Experience coaching youth teams at various levels, ideally in an academy setting.
• Strong understanding of modern football tactics, techniques, and coaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop young players in a supportive and structured environment.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Passion for football coaching and player development.

Desirable:

• Experience working in an international football academy setting.
• Knowledge of the local football culture and landscape in Mexico.
