Football Coach

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coaching players from a recreational level to more technically minded, aged between 3 and 17 years.
• Help run and Lead the girls football division within Tekkers.
• Shadow other Tekkers coaches to learn, understand and develop.
• Plan, deliver and lead sessions and also follow the Southampton FC methodology.
• Help in the general day to day running of the academy.
• To provide a safe and fun learning environment for children to develop their football skills.

JOB DETAILS

• Based in Bahrain, working with Tekkers Football Academy Bahrain ( 2024 – 2025 season)
• Mainly 2pm – 7pm Sunday to Thursday (Coaching)
• Saturday 8am – 12pm / 2pm-6pm.
• Day off – Friday.

FURTHER DETAILS

• 1 year Rolling Contract (Second year extension if agreeable with both parties)
• 1100BD Tax Free Monthly Package (2200GBP) depending on experience.
• Includes Car, Accommodation (Shared apartment)
• Visa
• Medical Insurance.
• Relocation flight to Bahrain.

DESIRABLE

• UEFA C License or National equivalent (FA Level 2)
• Experience in coaching youth players
• Driving License
