International Football Academy is located in the northeast of Mexico City. We aspire to be Mexico´s progressive cutting-edge youth football club, providing coaching of the highest standard for both female and male footballers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Goalkeeper Coach to lead our weekly Goalkeeper training sessions. This role involves delivering high-level sessions, fostering a professional and engaging environment, and working with goalkeepers across various age groups (U7 to U17).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct Goalkeeper training sessions
• Create and implement training plans tailored to different skill levels and age groups.
• Foster a professional and positive training environment
• Provide constructive feedback and support to Goalkeepers to aid their development
• Engage with players passionately and consistently in every session
• Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a cohesive training programme
• Coach at least 1 Junior or Senior Academy-level team

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Goalkeeper or Goalkeeper coach
• Passion for coaching and developing young talent
• Strong professionalism and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively with players of different ages and skill levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Gross monthly salary:

£1,200 per month

Experience:

• Goalkeeper coaching: 2 years (required)

Certification:

• Level 2 working towards UEFA B
