THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and determined Head of Academy Coaching at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Category 1 or 2 programme and experience leading in a high-performance environment. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

As the Head of Academy Coaching , you will be expected to:

• Work alongside the Academy Manager to implement and measure the game model and coaching curriculum for Burnley FC.
• To assist the coaching department with the delivery, appraisal and development of training sessions in line with the club’s coaching curriculum and game model.
• Ensure the game model and coaching curriculum aligns with the overall vision and strategy for the club.
