Head of Medical – role summary:

The Head of Medical will be a qualified Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist and will be responsible for leading the clubs Medical department in the development, organisation, co-ordination and implementation of all medical related matters to the Football Club at all levels.

The Head of Medical will be responsible for optimising player availability and enhance the medical support of players utilising the best and most up to date scientific and medical practice.

The Head of Medical will be responsible for overseeing and supporting all departments including the Academy and Women’s team and as such they will need to possess excellent leadership skills to drive professional standards and ensure fulfilment of the department staff.

Requirements

Bsc in Physiotherapy required.
