About the role

This role is an integral part of NUW Football Strategic Management Team. Using outstanding evidence based, video & data-driven analysis You will lead a team of specialised analysts to comprehensively deliver in line with the Club’s vision and objectives, the clubs recruitment strategy., to meeting the requirements of the Sporting Director, Head of Women’s Football and Head Coaches,

With a specialised focus on NUW First Team Recruitment Analysis you will manage the NUW Recruitment and Analysis Team to drive and inform the clubs approach to recruitment and ensure that detailed, innovative and actionable analysis is provided on a day today basis. This includes ensuring opposition, pre-match, live-match, post-match, set-play, and training, analysis is designed, produced and delivered to drive elite performance.

Working alongside the Head of Performance Analysis and Head of Data and Insights to ensure the Club’s specific approach to detailed video and data analysis is instilled within the NUW environment, following the clear department mission that relevant, reliable and meaningful insights are methodically researched, designed and presented to underpin all aspects of performance analysis, to guide the decision making of key stakeholders.

Your impact

  • You will have experience in working with the women’s game and also working at an elite level and the demands that come with the role.
  • It is essential that you have a Minimum 2:1 Undergraduate degree in a sports discipline (preferably Sports Science).
  • You will be proficient with Hudi Sportscode and experienced in managing within an elite football performance analysis department.
  • Accompanying your extensive management experience, you will have professional football knowledge to observe, analyse and interpret technical and tactical performance in elite football to present to key stakeholder audiences.
