The role

Pro Generation Academy is a private, premium football academy in Kuwait focused on grassroots and youth player development for players aged 3-16 years.

We are looking for a motivated Football Coach to maintain the quality of our football programme and contribute to the continued development and growth of the academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the academy’s football sessions in line with our methodology
• Monitor player progression and maintain high standards across all training groups
• Create a positive, professional and development-focused environment for players and coaches
• Maintain professionalism and represent Pro Generation Academy positively on and off the pitch

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
• Minimum UEFA C Licence
• Experience in grassroots and youth football coaching
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Fluent in English and passionate about player development
• Valid European passport
