Luke Foulkes appointed Head First Team Performance Analyst at Cardiff City following headhunt by Football Careers

Football Careers is delighted to announce the appointment of Luke Foulkes as Head First Team Performance Analyst at Cardiff City FC, following a comprehensive and targeted recruitment campaign.

Luke began his role on 23rd June 2025 after being selected through a rigorous headhunt-led search conducted by Football Careers on behalf of the Welsh club.

The skilled analyst brings a wealth of experience to Cardiff City, having held analysis roles with Sheffield United, Leeds United, Western Sydney Wanderers, Bolton Wanderers, and most recently, Crewe Alexandra.

Over several years working across the EFL and internationally, Luke has earned a reputation for his detailed pre- and post-match analysis, opposition scouting expertise, and ability to translate performance data into meaningful support for coaching and technical staff.

Commenting on the appointment, Luke said:
