While watching football games in his formative years, Niall Connolly was always more drawn to what was happening on the sidelines than the action on the pitch. Fascinated by the different tactical strategies, attitudes, and approaches he saw in coaches he admired, Niall developed a deep respect for the profession at a young age. In 2012, Niall participated in the Kick Start 1 course with the Football Association of Ireland and embarked upon his own coaching journey.
Niall heard about our services while he was participating in the UEFA A Licence Course with the Football Association of Ireland in 2019. In late 2021, Niall attained his UEFA Elite Youth A Licence and reached out to Football Careers to have a professional CV designed that would reflect his quickly expanding range of qualifications and skills.

Having begun coaching young footballers in 2012 at his local club — Two-Mile-Borris/St. Kevin’s FC in Tipperary — Niall had nine years of coaching experience when he contacted Football Careers to discuss our custom graphically designed CVs.
He joined the North Tipperary Schoolchildren Football League in 2013 through its FAI Emerging Talent Programme and coached children and teenagers in the organisation’s Academy for five years. Niall went on to coach U13 to U17 footballers at Limerick FC and has garnered experience in the women’s game through his work with Treaty United Women’s FC and Cork City Women’s FC.
