PIERO CARRINO

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Managing Director, Piero Carrino, graduated from Southampton Solent University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Football Studies in 2007. During his studies, he began working through his coaching badges and he continued to coach after leaving university.

Piero attained his UEFA A Licence and possesses experience of working at various Elite Academies.

Since 2013, Piero has assisted thousands of candidates in advancing their careers, while also providing clubs and organisations with bespoke recruitment solutions to identify first class candidates.

Feedback from clients and candidates made it clear to Piero and the team that there was a real demand for a specialised football recruitment company with expertise and experience in the football world.

So in 2021, Piero alongside Stewart Macgregor enhanced Football Careers, offering a full football recruitment service for clubs and candidates alike.

STEWART MACGREGOR

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Managing Director, Stewart Macgregor, is a vastly experienced recruitment executive and headhunter. He has served the senior recruitment markets since 2006 and during this time has garnered an outstanding reputation in the industry thanks to his impressive track record of bringing recruitment solutions to many companies and football clubs all over the world.

Stewart’s excellent business acumen and experience in solving recruitment challenges for his clients has put him at the helm of Football Careers’ recruitment division, where he works tirelessly to deliver excellent results to clubs on a local, national, and international scale.

In addition to his many years in professional services recruitment, Stewart also has a wealth of football knowledge and experience as Managing Director of Ark Sport. Established in 2015, Ark Sport offers football intermediary and acquisition support services to clubs all over the world.

Service, delivery, and integrity are what underpins Stewart’s values in recruitment. Stewart also serves on the board of two charities and has non-executive Director experience.

Since utilising my CV I have had interviews at a number of English Premier League and SPFL clubs before accepting a role in the USA. It is definitely a service which I will continue to use.
