Piero Carrino
Director
Piero has extensive expertise in global football recruitment, specialising in coaching and technical hires for clubs.
He holds a Football Studies degree, a UEFA A Licence, and has over 10 years of experience coaching at elite Scottish clubs.
Piero possesses exceptional knowledge of coaching structures at the first-team and academy levels, high-performance standards, and the key roles academies need to succeed.
With strong technical and tactical insight, Piero gives clubs complete confidence when making crucial coaching and technical appointments.
Stewart Macgregor
Director
Stewart brings more than 20 years of corporate recruiting experience and over a decade of experience in football.
He leads Football Careers’ recruitment division, partnering with clubs across the US, UK, and around the world on critical hires.
Previously, Stewart supported major finance sector clients with senior recruitment and structural needs.
He also has deep experience running high-volume hiring projects, growth projects, and new department launches in business, sport, and football.
