As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or CVs posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.

Membership Accounts offered through this website are offered and maintained by Sport Careers Agency Ltd subject to these terms and conditions.  If you register for membership through this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. Football Careers Ltd and Sport Careers Agency Ltd and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, disable any user identification code or password (whether chosen by you or allocated by us) terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with any provisions of these terms of use. 

By ticking this box, you consent to us using your email to inform you of any client news, jobs we are recruiting for, featured articles and promotions.  

By signing up to an annual membership today, your subscription will renew on the first anniversary of your subscription and annually thereafter until you issue notice of cancellation.  Payment for annual subscription shall be taken on an annual basis until you issue notice of membership cancellation.  

By signing up to a monthly membership today, your subscription will renew each month and shall continue until you issue notice of cancellation.  Payment for monthly membership shall be taken on a monthly basis and shall continue until notice of membership cancellation. 

Your membership (annual or monthly) can be cancelled at any time without notice.

APPLICABLE LAW

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. 

Subject to the disputes provision below, if you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to this site or to products or services you purchase through Football Careers Ltd shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the United Kingdom, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Football Careers Ltd intellectual property rights, Football Careers Ltd may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in the United Kingdom, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.  The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these terms shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to these terms, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms of use at any time. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business or operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
