Director of Coaching

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program offerings and participant engagement
• Supervise coaches, providing guidance and support as needed
• Coordinate and lead coaches meetings and coaching education
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants through effective behavior management techniques
• Hire coaching staff
• Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a clean and safe environment for all participants

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching soccer at travel/select; higher than recreation level
• Director experience preferred.
• USSF C or United Soccer Coaches Advanced Diploma
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to educate and inspire participants of all ages
